THE FLORIDA LOTTERY ANNOUNCES THE DOLPHINS FIN-TASTIC FANTASY 5 FOOTBALL PROMOTION!

By Tony Lee

The Missouri Lottery wasn' t going to let the NFL Season dimmer it's chance to offer something new and exciting for its followers. So they have partnered-up with the St. Louis Blues for the first-ever St. Louis Blues Scratchers ticket and the "You Scratch, You Score!" second-chance promotion. Both the game and promotion officially begin on October 8th .

Although they are not the only ones to produce new records in profits since other 17 states are also reporting such a phenomenon. The Tennessee Lottery is growing faster than the others with a lottery growth of 63 percent margin more than the others.

"The Lottery is pleased to partner once again with the Miami Dolphins for this special promotion," said Florida Lottery Secretary Cynthia O'Connell. "The exclusive prizes being offered are sure to give Lottery players and Dolphins fans something to cheer about."

To do this there will be a couple of changes that could be implemented such as persuading the big chain stores such as Walmart and Target to sell lottery, allowing players to buy tickets with debit and credit cards instead of only cash, adding new games and options online and potentially even introducing new slot-style video gambling machines at convenience stores.

*Second Prize - A penthouse suite for you and 11 of your friends at a St. Louis Blues regular season home game (One prize awarded in each of three monthly drawings)

*Third Prize - A pair of Club Seats, including food and beverage, for a St. Louis Blues regular season home game and a visit to a radio broadcast booth (Two prizes awarded in each of three monthly drawings)

*Fourth Prize - An autographed replica jersey from a St. Louis Blues player (Four prizes awarded in each of three monthly drawings)

The state senators have suggested that the lottery can boost ticket sales in order to close the gap instead of cutting the scholarships.
